Return & Refund Policy

At Stryde Hockey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your PowerSkater purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
• No refunds will be issued on used or damaged products.
• Sale and discounted items are eligible for return, as long as they are unused and in original condition.
• There is no restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at admin@strydehockey.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
